Leatrice A. Naylor

CEO

Leatrice A. Naylor is a professional with more than 17 years of experience as a speech, communications, and marketing expert. Leatrice is the Chief Executive Officer Service for N2E, a minority service-disabled veteran owned small business.  N2E provides corporate training development and administrative management consulting services to the U.S. and international organizations.  At N2E, she is responsible for the daily operations of the company.

 

As a leader of many teams, Leatrice is uniquely qualified to analyze your corporate training needs and design a plan that works for your organization. 

 

She has traveled extensively and worked in many different societies and cultures and brings a keen intercultural awareness to her customized training and leadership packages. She has a passion for developing strong female leaders in the workplace.

 

Leatrice holds a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College.  She holds a certification as a DDI- Certified Leadership Facilitator and is a member of several organizations, including the Metro DC Chapter Association for Talent Development, The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce and U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Larry D. Naylor

President & COO

Larry D. Naylor is a business professional with over 30 years of experience. Larry is President and Chief Operations Officer for N2E, a minority, and service- disabled veteran owned small business.  N2E provides corporate training development and administrative management consulting services to the U.S. and international organizations.  At N2E, he is responsible for business operations of global transformative leadership and consulting service initiatives.  

 

Earlier in his career, Larry gained extensive leadership experience while serving 20 years as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S Army and 13 years with L3 Technologies, Inc., a ten-billion-dollar company, where he obtained the position as Director of Training and Operations for global trade and Master Trainer, responsible for providing leadership training to a 38,000-employee infrastructure.

 

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University and master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.  He has completed additional studies from the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College and holds various certifications in leadership facilitation, Business Impact Leadership® and Master Trainer certified in Development Dimensions, International Learning System.  He has lectured on leadership and global trade at many locations within the United States and abroad.  

 

Larry is a member of several organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management, Association of the United States Army, and Society for International Affairs.
